Jack & Maggie
Jack & Maggie have found their forever home with Jan in Milford, OH. She is a single grandma who has the good fortune to share a home with her children and grandchildren (and a grand-dog). She has a beautiful mother-in-law apartment in the downstairs of her son's home so Jack & Maggie will be her new best friends.
She has a granddaughter and grandson (pictured) who live in the same house and they will be happy to give Jack & Maggie additional love and attention when Grandma is at work so they will not be left alone for too many hours each day. As you can see, the grandchildren are already spoiling them. I know they will be happy and loved and well taken care of which is what is important. Just shedding a few tears as I write this, but I know they will be very happy in their new home.
** Update 05/13/10 **
Sorry I have taken so long to get back to you. I have been trying to get pictures of my babies to you and haven't had any success.
My daughter-in-laws father is named Jack so we now call Jack, Shack. When I took them to the vet they said they think Shack is older than 8,
but he is doing very well, except he goes to potty in the house. I am having a very hard time getting him to go outside, but he's such a sweetheart I just keep trying.
Maggie is also such a sweetheart. She does have some pretty severe allergies, but we seem to have them under control now. I took them to the beauty shop and they cut them a little shorter then I wanted, but they are still so cute.
I will write you again when I get some pictures I can send, soon...
