Jiggs
Well, he made it to 17, but not much longer.  I had to take him to the vet on Saturday February 19, 2011 and have him euthanized.  He had been having problems lately with several things, and was beginning to look like he was in pain all the time.  Saturday morning his breathing was off and I just knew something bad was wrong.  The vet said we could do chest X-rays and see what was going on, but I knew it would be too much for him.  He was down to 4.4 lbs, just a little skinny boy.    I miss him a lot, but I just did not want him to get worse and suffer.  So now he can see and hear again, and is probably chasing my Mom’s dog around and trying to bite him!
